This afternoon’s Championship clash between Rotherham and Millwall was marred by trouble in the away end after the home side grabbed a late winner.

The Lions had led at the break thanks to Martyn Woolford’s 20th minute opener but Rotherham drew level within a minute of the second half through Danny Ward.

And an 84th minute goal from Kari Arnason led to clashes as a minority of the travelling 1,309 Millwall followers fought with stewards and police in both corners of the away end.

A police helicopter flew overhead at the final whistle with reports in the media area of more violence outside the ground, including unconfirmed rumours of a lady stewardess being struck by a brick.
