It’s all about va va voom when it comes to hair this summer. This can sometimes be a difficult look to master, but fine-haired lovelies never fear, Jed Hamill from Graham Webb International is here to tell you how to make fine hair into big sexy hair.

VOLUME: The trick is to avoid styling your hair when too wet. Shampoo and condition, then power dry to get rid of excess moisture, drying off the roots first and aggravating them with your fingers for maximum body.

Once just damp all over, apply Clynol Style volume expand volume gel-to-mousse (£7.15 200ml), a fluffy, heat protective, anti-static styling foam, working it evenly throughout your hair.

Blow-dry or finger-dry as normal, then spritz on Look at Me Delicious boosting hairspray (£10.40 300ml) - it'll give extra hold to your handiwork.

TEXTURE: All you need is some fancy work and some gel that should be applied on dry hair for best results.

Gently rub a little gel through your hair after drying, kneading and separating the hair with your fingertips for a sexy, slept-on look that still has plenty of shine.

SHINE: To smooth the cuticle and add gloss, treat your hair to Clynol’s fab new Care moisture+ range starting at £8.45, creamy products that will nourish and moisturise the hair without weighing it down.

Again the drying technique is important - if you blow-dry from soaking wet your hair will end up dull and lifeless.

Towel-dry, power dry the roots using your fingers to give a bit of lift, then pop on a diffuser and continue until your hair is 80 per cent dry. Finally blow-dry smooth with a round brush.

To finish, add a spritz of glitz with Look at Me Lustrous final shine spray (£9.20 100ml), a neat handbag sized spray, you can pop in your bag for later.
