Victims Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo
THE trial of two men accused of murdering a pair of French students is due to begin today (April 22).
Gabriel Ferez and Laurent Bonomo, both 23, were found in their burning flat in Sterling Gardens, New Cross, on June 29 last year.
They were found bound and gagged, with multiple stab wounds.
Dano Sonnex, aged 23, of Etta Street, Deptford, and Nigel Farmer, aged 33, of no fixed address, both deny murder, arson, burglary and false imprisonment.
