JURY members at the Jimmy Mizen murder trial have heard from another eyewitness.
Matthew Fletcher used to live in Burnt Ash Hill in Lee opposite the Three Cooks Bakery where the teenager was killed on May 10 last year.
He says he looked out of his first-floor bedroom window on that day after hearing "shouting and screaming" across the street.
Mr Fletcher says he saw the defendant, Jake Fahri, smashing an advertising sign against the door of the bakery before going inside and hitting Jimmy Mizen with it.
Defence Lawyer Sally O'Neill argued with Mr Fletcher saying "I suggest you saw the man enter the shop with the sign but that from then on your view was obstructed."
Mr Fletcher replied: "You're wrong. I saw what I saw and it's in my police statement."
Jimmy Mizen died when his jugular was cut after a glass dish was thrown at him. He had just bought his first lottery ticket after celebrating his 16th birthday the previous day.
Jake Fahri, aged 19, of Milborough Crescent, Lee, denies murder and says he was acting in self-defence.
The trial continues.
