THE jury in the trial of a man accused of murdering teenager Jimmy Mizen has been sworn in.
During the short hearing at the Old Bailey Judge David Calvert-Smith warned jury members the evidence over the next three to four weeks would be "unusually distressing and disturbing".
Jake Fahri, aged 19, of Millborough Crescent, Lee, denies murdering Jimmy Mizen at the Three Cooks bakery in Lee on May 10 last year.
Tomorrow the court will hear opening statements from prosecution lawyer Chris Aylett and defence lawyer Sally O'Neill.
