Two men who were arrested after a fatal crash near the Dartford Crossing have been released on bail.
The incident involving a car and a motorbike happened near the M25 anti-clockwise exit slip road at J30 at 11.40pm on April 14.
Essex Police and paramedics were called to the scene and found a motorcyclist injured.
The rider was pronounced dead shortly after.
Two men, 18, from Essex, were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
They were taken into police custody for questioning but have since been released on bail until July 8.
The car was allegedly involved a pursuit with officers from Kent Police before the crash unfolded.
The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is independently investigating the circumstances surrounding the police pursuit, following a mandatory referral by Kent Police.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Essex Police on 101 and quote reference 1331 of April 14.
