The Gym Group opened new Orpington 24/7 fitness facility

The Gym Group, a low-cost fitness chain, has opened its latest addition in south east London.

The new gym, opposite the Nugent Shopping Park in Orpington, is part of the group's plan to launch 50 new gyms across the UK over the next three years.

Located at Unit 2, Cray Avenue, The Gym Group Orpington, has a range of fitness equipment, as well as a group exercise space for classes.

Catering to every fitness level and individual workout style, the new gym features cardio equipment, weights machines and a dedicated free weights area.

Johan Oosterling, General Manager of The Gym Group Orpington, said: "We are really excited to bring our high value, low cost fitness offer to Orpington.

The new fitness facility in Orpington is a short walk from the Nugent Retail Park bus stop and St Mary Cray station, as well as close to the M25.

The Gym Group offers flexible, contract-free membership plans, starting from £14.99 a month.

Members will benefit from unlimited classes and 24/7 access to the new gym in Orpington.

The Gym Group's Ultimate Membership includes access to up to five gyms, digital Fiit workouts and the chance to bring a guest up to four times a month.

The Gym Group now has more than 200 gyms across the UK.

Membership figures reached 850,000 nationally at the end of 2023, and their gyms have more than 60 million workouts each year.
