This three-bed terraced home is on Zoopla now for £375,000 and offers boasts of character.
Although the house needs some updating, the property is mostly well kept with a modern kitchen and large rooms.
Starting in the reception, you can see the area is a good size with space for large sofas and furniture.
It has an open fireplace to keep you warm in the colder months and has a large classic window for natural light.
Plus both sides of the fireplace have been smartly used with shelving units and extra cupboard space.
Next into the kitchen, which has a modern white design to brighten up the area and modern styled flooring.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space with modern appliances too and there's room for a large kitchen table.
Upstairs into one of the three bedrooms on offer, you can see it is long and bright and features its original fireplace.
With the chance for some new carpets, the area makes a great space for the master bedroom, with room for some new furniture and a large bed.
Moving into the family bathroom, you can see that it is a good size with a bath and attached shower.
Though some might think it needs updating, it has a modern plumber and a smart sash window.
Outside the garden is overgrown and is in need of some clearing, but there is some potential to clear it and make it your own.
