A vulnerable missing person was being sought in Gravesend, in the early hours of this morning (February 9).
The town's RNLI crew were called out at 5.20am to help in the hunt - in the Imperial Wharf area.
The lifeboat searched from Royal Terrace Pier towards Red Lion Wharf, and then back again - but the crew could not find anyone, and they returned to the station.
Meanwhile, on Sunday (February 7) the lifeboat was launched at 6.15pm - after a person was seen getting out of the back of a truck and jumping onto the foreshore in Tilbury.
Again the crew searched the area, but did not find anyone.
