A man in his 60s was trapped underneath a wall in Gravesend after it collapsed on top of him.
Emergency rescue services rushed to Albion Road to free the man last Friday (October 2).
Kent Fire and Rescue Services (KFRS) confirmed that they had to cut the man free before he was taken to hospital just before 5pm.
The incident drew a lot of attention on social media after a helicopter was spotted near the scene.
A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance said : "Our call came in around 4.45pm to reports of a man suffering injuries after a wall collapsed onto him.
"We attended the scene with a total of three cars, one ambulance and an air ambulance.
"He was assessed and treated at the scene before being taken by road to Darent Valley hospital."
Kent Police were also called.
