Two-year-old Ruby Young, from Rainham in Kent, was diagnosed with rare child cancer stage four neuroblastoma last year, and is currently undergoing treatment.
With an 80 per cent chance of Ruby relapsing, treatment on the NHS is limited, and her parents are on a mission to raise the £500,000 needed for Ruby to be treated in the United States.
Ms Van de bourry-Konstantis said: "Ruby’s an absolutely gorgeous little girl.
"There is just something about her that makes people fall in love with her, and that’s what I did.
"She’s definitely special."
Ms Van de bourry-Konstantis and her helpers raised £400 on the day towards the fund, which is now halfway to its target with £240,000 having been collected.
She added: "Ruby does not deserve the card she has been dealt.
"She’s an absolute fighter. She has been through so many treatments already."
