A national trust home held a special St George’s Day celebration for Cobham kids, where they could try their hands at being a knight.
On Sunday (April 26), visitors were invited to dress as a princess or a knight whilst visiting Owletts, the former family home of renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker.

The house’s first Knights Taster Day had educational fun where guests could learn about John de Cobham, the local baron who came to a sticky end in 1417, as well as traditional folk play and treasure hunts.
There was an opportunity to try archery with an experienced long bow man, for a charge of £3 for six arrows.

Event organiser Camilla Baker said: "People often come to visit the house, but the grounds are also a lovely place to spend a relaxed family day, with a picnic and enjoy the space.
"It was especially lovely this weekend with all the cherry blossom out."
